This training is primarily aimed at salespeople and account managers who want to increase their competence in Upsell of Microsoft 365 and be able to offer customers the right solution. You get product knowledge and the right arguments to solve the customer's needs. An example of a 365 Upsell training could look like this: We go through the Mandatory session and you choose one or two of the Upsell scenarios that give you arguments in how to move the discussion from e.g. "M365 Business Standard to M365 Business Premium".
2. Microsoft 365 Sales Training: Customer Conversation
This training is primarily aimed at salespeople and account managers who want to strengthen their arguments about how to run a successful sales process, how to handle objections, and how and what questions are good to ask in a sales process. The training is based on a lot of interaction, where you as a participant are expected to be active and solve different forms of sales cases.

The Experience Room is aimed at decision-makers and management teams who want to find inspiration and make their organization work smarter and more efficiently.
It's not a sales meeting, it's the customer's day – focused on the customer's daily challenges and their business situation. The instructor takes the customer on a journey of what a "normal day at work" might look like with Microsoft's modern technologies. The customer has the opportunity to experience Productivity, Security, Remote Work, Microsoft Surface devices, Windows 10, and more. Or why not a combination of several substances?
Why a visit to the Experience Room?
- The customer gets insights into the capabilities of the platform and how Microsoft technologies can be used to increase productivity and efficiency.
- It gives the customer the ability to evaluate products, versions and solutions before deciding on the next step.
- The customer goes home with new knowledge about what they can do with applications they use every day, some of these insights the customer can apply and share the second they leave the Experience Room.

During this half-day training, we go through how to get started with the delivery of Microsoft Experience Rooms, both in physical rooms but also how you can run these digitally.
We go through the CDX (Customer Digital eXperience) portal and how you can use it to access demo environments, demo scripts and other tools. You also get training on scenarios and how you can deliver these and be a good facilitator during an Experience Session
Allowing customers to test the solutions themselves in an interactive demo environment is the best way to provide insights into the capabilities of the platform and how Microsoft technologies can be used to increase productivity and efficiency in an organization.

The level of training is tailored to your needs, so whether you are completely new, or are an experienced user of Teams, you will gain good knowledge to work more efficiently and use all the capacity in Teams.
